As a Sales Development Representative, you are the primary first point of contact for all new clients. This role is critical - you will work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Team, and General Manager, directly impacting the company's financial performance. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for effectively reaching out to and following up with potential clients on a daily basis. The primary goal is to continuously grow the company's consultations, revenue, and financial position through sales, while maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of the CRM system.
Proactively contact leads within 10 minutes of them expressing interest.
Contact leads 3 times a day, 3 calls each time for 5 days straight until they have responded.
Ensure all potential client inquiries are replied to before end of business each day.
Organize, clean, and maintain your sales pipeline daily.
Record all sales calls and in-person sales conversations daily and upload them to the system.
Schedule face-to-face appointments with clients and show up on time.
Prepare adequately for every in-person appointment.
Greet all visiting clients, understand their needs and goals, and help them book an actual consultation.
Attend daily sales team meetings and full-team daily meetings.
Provide suggestions for the company's short-term and long-term business strategy.
Maintain open and transparent communication throughout the team and onboarding process.
Seek out and provide client experience and feedback to present to team leadership.
Attend weekly one-on-ones and daily team meetings for coaching, understanding of company vision/mission/strategy, and to seek support or help.
Complete the weekly sales report for the manager/owner by Thursday end of business each week.
Record detailed notes in the system so coaches can fully understand each client's situation and provide appropriate support.
A clean, organized sales pipeline every day.
All sales call/appointment recordings logged and uploaded to the system daily.
All clients contacted and followed up with every day.
Every converted client in the system has detailed notes so the coaching team understands their situation.
Consultation booking conversion rate exceeds 30%.
The manager does not need to spend time on day-to-day consultation booking activities.
The Sales Development Representative has full knowledge of the company's products and services, basic fitness knowledge, and is able to provide appropriate assistance.
