Full-Time Operational Manager

$3600-$4000 /month

May increase pay depending on performance and prior experience.

44 hours, 5 days a week

Job Scope:

- Assist to plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff

- Assist to plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders

- Assist in overseeing and supervise the welcoming of customers

- Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience

- Follow food and safety regulations

- Process customer complaints patiently

- Ensure customers are satisfied with food, drinks and service.

- Assist with daily operation

- Tap draught beers

- Upsell and push to increase sales

- Check stocks and update stock list when needed

- Will be taught mixing of drinks

- Maintain overall cleanliness of shop front

Minimum 1 year experience in similar working environment required.

Able to speak fluent English required.
