Job Description
OXKIDS Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus, with a strong focus on PSLE preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Mathematics lessons for Primary and Secondary students (PSLE focus)
- Deliver lessons fully in English in accordance with Singapore education standards
- Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and assessments
- Monitor students academic progress and provide targeted support
- Provide regular feedback to parents on students performance
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
- Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabus and PSLE examination format
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience (tuition centre or school setting preferred)
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Passionate about teaching and student development
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching PSLE students with proven results
- Ability to handle both Primary and Lower Secondary levels
- Familiarity with differentiated teaching strategies
