Job Summary
We are looking for a Full-Time Florist who enjoys creating beautiful flower arrangements and wants to grow in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Create fresh flower bouquets and arrangements daily according to customer orders
- Prepare, condition, and maintain fresh flowers and floral materials to ensure quality
- Assist in fulfilling orders for walk-in and online customers accurately and timely
- Support gift wrapping, packaging, and photo-taking to enhance customer presentation
- Organize and maintain the workspace and stock to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience as a florist is an advantage training will be provided
- Demonstrate good hand skills, creativity, and an eye for color to produce attractive arrangements
- Adapt to working efficiently in a fast-paced floral environment
- Maintain a positive attitude, take responsibility, and work well within a team
- Availability to work on weekends and during peak seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
