Job Description & Requirements
- Triage, Patient registration, dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
- Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
- Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
- Answering phone, messaging and email enquiries
- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures and vital signs measurement
- Performing administrative duties assigned by a superior
- Perform billing, including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payment transactions
- Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
- Top up medications, assist in inventory, and stock-taking as required
- Infection Control, housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Preferably, stay in the northeast area.
- Must be able to commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek
- Must be able to commit to 3 nights and 1 weekend shift.
- Good learning and service attitude are compulsory. Passionate about customer service.
- Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
- Good command of spoken English.
- The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
