Key Responsibilites
- Prepare and serve alcoholi and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Manage bar setup, restocking, basic inventory checks
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Support team members during peak service hours
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a bartender
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
