Morgan McKinley is hiring for Full Stack Software Engineer to be part of a fast-paced environment in technology and consulting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, maintainable end-to-end software systems (frontend and backend).
• Build APIs and business logic to connect system components.
• Enhance and maintain software applications according to specifications.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) and debugging.
• Automate deployment using configuration management and CI/CD tools.
• Document software and system designs.
• Identify system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Design system features, including application, database, and infrastructure.
• Ensure security standards are met.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Full-stack experience with frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular) and backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python).
• Knowledge of software design, architecture, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Familiar with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and performance tuning.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
