Full Stack Software Developer (Polytechnic Graduates)

Work you'll do

As an Early Career Full Stack Software Developer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and consultants to design, build, and deliver modern digital applications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers in the early stages of their career who want exposure to real client projects, modern tech stacks, and strong mentorship.

You will gain hands on experience across front end, back end, and cloud environments while developing a strong foundation in engineering best practices.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

. Develop and enhance web and application features across frontend and backend components

. Write clean, maintainable, and welltested code under guidance from senior team members

. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Designers to understand requirements and user journeys

. Support testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities

. Learn and apply secure coding, performance, and quality best practices

. Document technical designs and development work clearly

What you'll bring

. 0-3 years of experience in software development (fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome)

. Foundational knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)

. Exposure to backend development (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)

. Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL)

. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

. Interest in cloud platforms, automation, or lowcode technologies (training provided)

. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback positively

. Strong problemsolving mindset and attention to detail

. Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
