Full Stack Software Developer Engineer (.Net, Java)

We are seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Software Developer Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in either .Net or Java programming, a strong grasp of advanced C# language features, and hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies. Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development:Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .Net or Java.
2. Ensure code quality and best practices through peer reviews, testing, and documentation.
3. Enhancements and Maintenance:Update and enhance existing software capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
4. Refactor and optimize legacy codebases for improved performance and maintainability.
5. Collaboration & Agile Practices:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver on project goals.
6. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
7. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical challenges efficiently.
8. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement robust fixes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise:Proficiency in either .Net programming or Java programming.
• Strong understanding of advanced C# language features (if .Net-focused).
• Methodologies & Tools:Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, including iterative delivery and team collaboration.
