About the Role
We're seeking a next-generation software developer who knows how to leverage Agentic AI systems to deliver complete applications-faster, smarter, and with higher quality.
This isn't a traditional software engineering role. It's for someone who can collaborate with AI agents as creative partners-using them to generate, refine, and ship robust software across web, mobile, and backend stacks.
The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer (Python, Angular, mobile)who has demonstrably used Agentic AI development environments to accelerate real-world software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Agentic AI platforms (ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot Workspace, etc.) to plan, implement, and deploy production-grade applications.
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end applications across backend (Python/FastAPI), frontend (Angular/TypeScript), and mobile (Android/iOS or cross-platform Rust).
- Prompt, guide, and orchestrate AI-assisted coding workflows to generate clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and AI services into cohesive user experiences.
- Review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code to meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Maintain high-velocity delivery cycles while ensuring code quality and version control discipline.
- Demonstrate strong Agentic AI proficiency through hands-on examples, such as:
- Realtime collaboration with coding agents
- Automated refactoring and code documentation via LLMs
- AI-assisted test generation, deployment scripting, or architecture design
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+years of full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and Angular/ TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end and mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS).
- Proven ability to use Agentic AI tools effectively for coding, refactoring, debugging, and documentation.
- Demonstrated portfolio of projects built or accelerated using Agentic AI.
- Experience integrating and automating workflows using AI-powered IDEs, copilots, or orchestrated agent systems.
- Solid grounding in Git, CI/CD, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and API integration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLM-powered APIs, prompt engineering, or AI workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with multi-agent development environments (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Contributions to open-source AI-assisted development tools or workflows.
- Understanding of AI code evaluation, safety, and review pipelines.
