As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end development of our core products. You will act as a key liaison between engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as you will actively contribute to coding while guiding the technical direction of the team.
You will be instrumental in shaping product architecture, influencing engineering excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications from concept to production and ongoing optimization.
- Promote engineering excellence by advocating clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using practices such as Test-Driven Development, code reviews, and modular design.
- Drive adoption of modern software development practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate actively in development—contributing code across frontend and backend systems while mentoring team members.
- Champion DevOps and DevSecOps principles, ensuring efficient pipelines, secure coding practices, and smooth release cycles.
- Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team by mentoring developers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an inclusive team environment.
Prior working experience/skills
- Proficiency in two or more programming languages such as JavaScript,TypeScript, C#, Kotlin, and Ruby, with strong full stack development experience.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Hands-on experience building and scaling distributed systems and APIs.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in Agile or Lean environments with iterative delivery models.
- Strong familiarity with software engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Interest in evolving technology trends such as microservices, event-driven architecture, and platform engineering.
