Role Description

Lead engineering teams across full stack, mobile, or quality assurance domains depending on specialization
Define technical vision, architecture direction, and engineering best practices for product development
Manage and mentor engineers, team leads, and senior developers/QA engineers
Oversee end-to-end delivery of software products, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with roadmap priorities
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile/Scrum delivery processes
Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release management processes are in place
Monitor system performance, application reliability, and quality metrics
Lead hiring, onboarding, and capability development of engineering or QA teams
Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges
Promote engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement culture

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
6–12+ years of experience in software engineering, mobile development, or QA, including leadership experience
Strong technical background in relevant domain (Full Stack: frontend + backend, Mobile: iOS/Android, QA: automation/testing frameworks)
Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and software delivery cycles
Proficiency with modern development stacks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Swift, Kotlin, etc. depending on specialization)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and software architecture principles
For QA Engineering Manager: strong knowledge of automation frameworks and test strategies (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance technical depth with strategic execution and delivery focus
