We're currently looking for multiple Full Stack Engineers to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernising enterprise case management and workflow systems.

What You'll Be Working On
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering modern enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle. You'll develop scalable backend services, intuitive frontend experiences and workflow-driven business solutions that support high-volume operational processes.
Working within an Agile and DevSecOps environment, you'll help design, build and maintain cloud-native applications while contributing to engineering excellence through automation, testing and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable backend services, APIs, integrations and frontend applications.
- Build responsive user interfaces using established design systems with a focus on usability, accessibility and performance.
- Develop and enhance workflow-driven enterprise applications supporting case management, application processing, payments, accounting, reporting, search and document management.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems, cloud services and enterprise data sources.
- Develop data processing pipelines, batch jobs and authentication workflows to support business operations.
- Apply software engineering best practices including automated testing, code reviews, secure coding, observability and dependency management.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical solutioning and sprint planning activities.
- Work in a DevOps environment, owning features through development, deployment, monitoring and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex business problems and delivering secure, high-quality software solutions.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience developing full stack enterprise applications across frontend, backend and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, data structures and application development principles.
- Experience designing secure, scalable cloud-based solutions and integrating with external systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, case management systems or business process applications.
- Experience working with payment systems, reporting platforms, authentication services, document management or accounting integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS or Government Commercial Cloud (GCC).
- Exposure to data migration or document migration projects would be advantageous.
- Experience working with low-code platforms such as Tungsten Automation (Kofax) or Decisions Platform would be highly advantageous.
- Experience delivering at least one end-to-end implementation on Tungsten Automation or Decisions Platform would be a strong advantage.
