'3-6 years building interactive work as a product designer, with more recent
experience as a creative technologist, building interactive prototypes, or in
front-end development
- Hands-on with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Codex, and you've used
them to ship real tools and products, not just demos
- You can take an ambiguous problem, define it, and break it down so it can be built
well and hold up as it's used
- Enough technical understanding to build things that deploy and stay secure, and to
collaborate smartly with people who go deeper on backend and infrastructure
- A portfolio of things you've made and shipped, not just designed
