Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable digital solutions for a nationwide government transformation initiative, leveraging modern search architectures and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures for search and AI-powered systems
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation and ensure application performance, security compliance, and reliability
• Maintain technical documentation including system design and review, user guides, test plans, and system architecture.

To Succeed:

• Min. 5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development, with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js or similar
• Experience with Serverless tools, containers or AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with preference for TypeScript experience
• Designed or led systems involving: Search engines (crawl, index, ranking, relevance tuning), Semantic search or vector search, RAG architectures
• Production experience integrating LLMs into applications
