Job Scope:
We are seeking a self-driven, independent Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud applications in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment. The ideal candidate operates with minimal supervision, takes end-to-end ownership of deliverables, and thrives in complex integration-driven ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, .NET, and Python.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop frontend user interfaces, admin tools, and operational portals to support analytics and reporting workflows.
- Ensure applications are performant, and maintainable.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
Cloud & Data Platform Integration
- Integrate applications with Snowflake or other data platforms for analytics enablement.
- Build application services interacting with AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, and EMR.
- Support event-driven and batch processing workflows.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless application-to-data pipeline integration.
Architecture & Technical Design
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Contribute to application and integration architecture decisions.
- Ensure designs meet scalability, security, performance, and reliability requirements.
- Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
DevOps, CI/CD & Quality
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build and deployment.
- Apply unit testing, integration testing, and code review best practices.
- Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor application performance, logs, and operational health.
Security & Compliance
- Follow secure coding standards and cloud security best practices.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and IAM controls.
- Support vulnerability remediation, audits, and compliance requirements.
Delivery & Collaboration
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
- Provide accurate effort estimates and delivery commitments.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies proactively.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules from design through production support.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in full stack application development.
- Hands-on experience with:React.js (Frontend)Node.js and/or .NET and/or Python (Backend)
- Experience working with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, Lambda EMR is advantageous).
- Experience integrating applications with databases or data platforms (Snowflake preferably).
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud design principles.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working on data warehouse or analytics platforms.
- Exposure to BI/analytics tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud security, IAM, and compliance standards.
- Experience supporting production systems and BAU operations.
