Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend development, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services
• Build responsive frontend applications using React or Angular
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and middleware services
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design activities
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior developers and support technical leadership activities when required

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of application development experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience
• Strong backend development experience using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or similar technologies (.NET Core, Ruby on Rails)
• Experience with application/web servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, or WebSphere
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend development
• Minimum 5 years of frontend experience using React or Angular
• Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle
• Hands-on experience with caching technologies like Redis or Memcached
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Docker/containerized environments
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, ECS, ELB, and API Gateway
• Experience working in Agile environments with TDD/BDD methodologies

Caching Technologies:

• Redis, Memcached

DevOps & CI/CD:

• Jenkins, Jira, CodeCommit, CodePipeline
• Unit testing frameworks and automation tools

Preferred Skills

• Team lead or mentoring experience
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud-native application development
• Strong understanding of scalable and secure application design
