About the Role
- The company is seeking an infra-first Full Stack Software Developer to join its engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment pipelines while contributing to full-stack application development.
- Reporting to a Principal Engineer, you will work at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure architecture, ensuring AI-powered applications are supported by reliable, automated, and scalable environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and deployment pipelines using Terraform.
- Develop and deliver full-stack features using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build seamless integrations between application code and cloud infrastructure.
- Help move AI capabilities, including agentic workflows and LLM-based solutions, from prototypes into production environments.
- Establish scalable backend architectures and clean API designs in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Improve engineering efficiency through automation and infrastructure best practices.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
- Singapore Citizen (required due to project constraints and involvement with Singapore government agencies).
- Proven experience in full-stack software development with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience building and managing automated deployment pipelines.
- A strong builder mindset, with the ability to switch between application development and infrastructure architecture responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker and containerization strategies.
- Familiarity with Next.js and modern backend architecture.
- Interest in or previous experience with AI, LLMs, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Working knowledge of Golang, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
