Backed by leading global investors, they are now entering a massive expansion phasescaling into Taiwan, Japan, and the Middle East. We are seeking a mission-driven Early Engineer to be a core pillar of their technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Foundational Architecture: Collaborate with founders to define technical requirements, system design, and the long-term infrastructure roadmap.
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance APIs, backend systems, and frontend applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure top-tier quality.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability and reliability while optimizing the platform for rapid regional scaling.
- Innovation & AI: Stay ahead of industry trends and actively contribute innovative ideas to the company's AI-as-a-Service platform.
- Leadership: Mentor and level up future engineering hires as the team grows.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Successful experience developing and shipping production-ready software products.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in TypeScript and a deep understanding of Node.js and Next.js.
- AI & Data Fluency: Understanding of Vector Databases, Embeddings, and the AI development process.
- Database & API Logic: Strong knowledge of REST (GraphQL is a plus) and experience with relational/NoSQL schema design and query optimization.
- Quality Obsession: Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Supertest).
- Startup DNA: You thrive in unstructured, fast-paced environments and are motivated by making a significant impact on a company's trajectory.
- Agile Mindset: Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
