What You Will Do
- Assist in developing user interfaces (UI) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) under guidance.
- Contribute to backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) for simple features and APIs.
- Write basic unit tests and participate in code reviews to learn best practices.
- Debug and fix straightforward bugs in existing codebases.
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX mockups.
- Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for basic CRUD operations.
- Learn and utilize version control (Git) effectively.
- Document code and processes as instructed
- Actively participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies (standups, planning).

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of professional software development experience.
- Foundational understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Foundational understanding of at least one backend programming language.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Good problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue) or backend framework (Express, Django, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful API concepts.
- Understanding of basic software development principles (OOP, MVC).
- Portfolio showcasing personal/academic projects.
