Full‑Stack Developer – Permanent (Competitive Salary) - Singapore

Overview

We're looking for a curious and ambitious Full-Stack Developer to join our Technology team and help build and evolve our platform and related technology initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early–mid career developer to gain exposure to modern web technologies, AI-assisted development practices, and complex business systems. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and business stakeholders in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across our web applications
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Work with PostgreSQL / SQL Server databases and data models
• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions
• Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and business users
• Explore and adopt AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and workflows
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions

Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with:
• React
• TypeScript
• Node.js
• PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases)
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including:
• Object-oriented programming
• Data structures and algorithms
• RESTful API design
• Source control (Git)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools, with the ability to critically evaluate and validate outputs

Qualifications

Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Desirable

Experience or exposure to any of the following:

• Python or C#
• Docker / containerisation
• Next.js
• GraphQL
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Automated testing frameworks
• CI/CD pipelines
