Key Responsibilities

. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, workflows, and integration needs

. Design, develop, and deploy full stack features and customizations using modern frameworks

. Build scalable APIs, integrations, and front-end experiences that extend our SaaS platform

. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code in production environments

. Serve as a technical advisor to customers during onboarding and implementation

. Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability

. Partner with the product team to translate customer needs into product roadmap insights

Qualifications:

. Proven experience in software design and development, both frontend and backend

. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

. Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node

. Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
