Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across both backend and frontend development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Build responsive and intuitive frontend applications using modern frameworks.
• Own features end-to-end, from development through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and support engineering best practices.
• Step up to coordinate the team and maintain delivery momentum when required.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in full stack software development.
• Strong backend development experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Experience building modern frontend applications (React or similar frameworks).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Previous experience mentoring teammates or taking on informal leadership responsibilities is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity.
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of secure cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• Product mindset with an understanding of both business and technical requirements.
• Experience acting as a technical lead or second-in-command within a small engineering team.
