The Role:As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be the technical architect behind our coreAI ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development ofinterconnected platforms that automate complex workflows, provide 24/7conversational AI guidance, and deliver real-time business intelligence. Youwill transform complex regulatory and operational requirements intohigh-performance, scalable systems and visually intuitive applications.

Key Responsibilities

. End-to-EndArchitecture: Design and develop the core back-end logicusing Java and Spring Boot, while simultaneously leading the development ofresponsive web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

. ConversationalAI & Workflow Integration: Build systems thatintegrate seamlessly with tools like Slack and Email to deliver automatedonboarding workflows and 24/7 conversational AI guidance.

. Compliance& Simulation Engines: Architect complex, real-timepolicy overlay features and war-room simulators that calculate andpredict compliance outcomes based on dynamic parameters.

. Chat-BasedAnalytics: Develop robust data pipelines and frontend dashboards thatallow users to ask complex questions in plain English and instantly generatedynamic data visualizations.

. SystemGuardrails & Security: Implement strict'anti-hallucination engineering guardrails to ensure AI outputs are100% accurate and based strictly on verified proprietary data.

. Performany ad-hocduties assigned by the Company as required.

Requirements:

. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field.

. Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in modern web frontend and Java backenddevelopment, with hands-on experience delivering complex, real-world webapplications or SaaS platforms.

. BackendStack: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Dubbo frameworks.Expert knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

. FrontendStack: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or similar modern frontend libraries.

. LanguageProficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin andEnglish is required for effective collaboration with our China-based R&Dcenters.

. SoftSkills: Strong logical thinking and a user-first mindset tosimplify complex business flows into clear, intuitive platform structures.

The Alpha Edge(Preferred Factors)

. Experienceintegrating AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) into commercial applications,specifically involving custom data ingestion and strict output guardrails.

. Experiencebuilding intelligent automation workflows or integrating with third-party APIs(e.g., Slack, Email servers).

. Familiaritywith containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

. Experiencewith message middleware (Kafka, RocketMQ) and handling high-concurrency dataarchitectures.
