As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java Enterprise Edition frameworks.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies and integration with backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment in cloud environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
