The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and drive continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve software quality and team efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies and integration with backend services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
