Job Description

Role Summary

The Full Stack Developer provides end‑to‑end application sustainment across client and supporting components of the project. This role is critical to maintaining system stability through defect resolution, performance optimisation, dependency management, and vulnerability remediation, while supporting integration and data‑handling concerns across changing operating environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Resolve defects across both frontend and backend components of the application.

  1. Perform performance optimisation and resilience improvements to support reliable operations.

  1. Update software dependencies and libraries, including remediation of application‑level vulnerabilities.

  1. Support integration‑related issues, including data handling and local persistence mechanisms.

  1. Address issues arising from operating system, platform, or library updates.

  1. Support sustainment activities without introducing new functional scope beyond approved changes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong experience in full stack application development and sustainment (client and backend). (Prefer at least 5 years of experience).

  • Working knowledge of application security, including vulnerability remediation and dependency management.

  • Experience supporting systems operating across cloud and client environments.

  • Familiarity with performance tuning and fault isolation in operational systems.

  • Ability to work within change‑controlled, operations‑focused environments with high reliability requirements.

  • Eligible to work in Singapore and eligible to obtain the required security clearance for access to RSAF operational systems.
