About the role

Role: Developer

Specialty: Full-stack

Experience: Min. 2 years in a fast-moving environment

Required skills

• Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Basic understanding of SQL and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, with familiarity in frameworks such as Express.js, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end development using React, with exposure to related technologies such as Redux or Angular.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Git, basic CI/CD workflows, and container technologies such as Docker.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, system integration, and modern web application development.
• Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code) to improve software development efficiency and code quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and adapting quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's face and voice scanning platform and wellbeing applications, delivering reliable and high-quality software.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to implement product features and deliver business value.
• Participate in product requirement discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
• Develop reusable application components, APIs, and modules following engineering best practices.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Assist in maintaining system reliability, performance, and security by monitoring applications, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs.
• Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner while continuously improving system quality and stability.
• Participate in agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and release cycles.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve engineering processes and development efficiency.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and software quality
