Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
2. Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries (e.g., ShadCN).
3. Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and server-side logic to support application functionality.
4. Own end-to-end application delivery from architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
5. Integrate and manage relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) ensuring data integrity and performance.
6. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code automation tools) to accelerate coding and improve productivity.
7. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
8. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with CI/CD pipelines.
9. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
10. Continuously improve development workflows, adopting modern engineering practices and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3-6 years of full-stack development experience.
2. Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
3. Experience with UI frameworks/libraries such as Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
5. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization preferred).
