Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for public sector projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building secure, high-performance applications and working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
• Maintain proper documentation for development and deployment processes

Required Skills

• Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Good to Have

• Experience in public sector or government projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Exposure to authentication & security practices (JWT, OAuth)
• CI/CD pipeline experience
