Job Description

Job Summary

You will be working with our client who are well renowned in the public and financial sector. You will be responsible for the frontend full stack solutioning and development of software and web applications. You will be part of an agile team responsible for products used by the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Next.js while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Utilize Node.js for server-side logic and MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement and maintain Storybook components for efficient UI development and testing.
  • Ensure the implementation of responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of unit tests for frontend components.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side APIs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in frontend development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology or equivalent
  • Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with more than 5 years of experience as a frontend developer.
  • Experience in .NET development.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation in frontend development.
  • Familiarity with Storybook for component-driven development and testing.
  • Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
  • Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive web pages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Experience working in both Unix and Windows operating environments are preferred.
