Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end development, strong familiarity with CI/CD workflows, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Candidates with experience in DevOps practices, cloud-native development, and Singapore Government technology stacks will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using established UI libraries and JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop secure and high-performance back-end services, APIs, and data models using Python frameworks
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows to ensure software quality and rapid deployment.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-native applications on major cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, sprint ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with government-approved tools such as SHIP/HATS and other SG Tech Stack platforms when required.
- Integrate AI/ML and analytics components into digital applications as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
Job Requirements:
- Must have bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in full-stack web application development. Over all experience not more than 8 years
- Hands-on experience working within a development team environment.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub).
- Proficiency in working with design libraries consisting of templates and reusable components.
- Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as: React JS, AngularJS / Angular
- Mandatory experience in Python web frameworks: Django (preferred) / Flask / FastAPI
- Experience working with SHIP/HATS, SG Government Technology Stack (SGTS) tools, or other government-standard platforms.
- Preferred to have experience in building applications involving AI and data analytics, including:
- Integrating ML models into applications
- Working with data engineers and data scientists
- Handling data pipelines, analytics dashboards, or AI-powered features
