Full Stack Developer, Java

Our client, a global enterprise IT Consulting Firm is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. This role will involve leading development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions across enterprise platforms.

This is an initial 12-months renewable agency contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.

• Build and integrate REST APIs to support scalable application architecture.

• Lead development activities including technical design, code reviews, and best practices implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support database design and development using MySQL and PL/SQL.

• Work within Agile development environments, contributing to sprint planning and delivery.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Research and implement new technologies to improve application performance and user experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

• Strong experience with Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.

• Experience developing RESTful APIs and enterprise web applications.

• Working knowledge of MySQL, PL/SQL, and LAMP technologies.

• Exposure to Python development and Microsoft Power Apps for mobile is an advantage.

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
