Full Stack Developer(Java/Kotlin)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Full Stack Developer to support CISD projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on development experience in Java/Kotlin, with the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a fast-learning mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to CISD projects, system enhancements, and application development initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java/Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and project requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience in Java/Kotlin.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience in the following technologies will have an added advantage:

• TypeScript 
• React
• C#
• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
