Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new Full Stack Software Engineer to be based here in their Headquarters here in Singapore.

About the job

Your role involves:

• Deliver full-stack web applications with an emphasis on front-end user interfaces (focus in front-end and lesser on back-end split).
• Build responsive web interfaces and engineer microservices to support digital banking platforms.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle from initial architecture through deployment and support.
• Establish application architecture to maintain security, high performance, and long-term codebase health.
• Conduct independent troubleshooting to fix application bugs, pipeline issues, and runtime failures.
• Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver software in an agile setup.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 6 years of experience in web development using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift, alongside GitLab for code management.

Industry / domain experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
