Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/Kotlin.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications following best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience in Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
• Exposure to C# for backend or service integration work.
• Proficiency in MSSQL or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, API development, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Agile, fast learner, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
