Job Description
We are seeking a motivated
Full Stack Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, supporting ongoing projects as well as enhancements to legacy systems. This is an excellent opportunity to grow technical expertise while working on a mix of modern and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new React UI screens in a scalable and reusable manner.
- Ensure consistency in the look and feel of the UI across the application.
- Perform build tasks in the AWS cloud environment.
- Develop backend APIs to handle processing logic.
- Collaborate with the Ops team to take over legacy systems in COBOL, carrying out enhancements and defect fixes.
- Conduct local unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of code.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in frontend UI development, particularly with React in Typescript, HTML, CSS.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in backend development using Node.js and Java Spring Boot.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mainframe COBOL programming.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in AWS cloud environments.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit, Mockito.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in application development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to both modern and legacy technologies.
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
