Job Description
. We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and technical leadership to drive the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered, cloud-native solutions.
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Generative AI, and modern full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical delivery for AI-powered applications.
. Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using GCP services and modern architectural patterns.
. Build and integrate GenAI solutions leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini, RAG, Vector Search, and LLMs.
. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and conduct architecture and code reviews.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
. Drive DevOps, CI/CD, security, governance, and AI best practices across the SDLC.
Required Skills
. 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
. Strong backend expertise in Python, Java, Golang, or Node.js and frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, Cloud Build).
. Proven experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Search, LLMs, and AI model lifecycle management.
. Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Cloud Code Assist. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
. Experience in System Integration or Consulting environments.
. Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
. Knowledge of BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, ETL/ELT pipelines, and AI governance.
. Experience supporting technical solutioning, pre-sales activities, and client presentations.
