Job Summary
Join Robin Village Development as a Full Set Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced construction/manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial and statutory reports within deadlines to support compliance and decision-making
- Conduct month-end closing activities including bank reconciliations, accruals, general ledger entries, and cost allocations to ensure accurate financial records
- Analyze profit and loss fluctuations across projects and provide actionable insights to management
- Manage invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow
- Ensure accuracy and reconciliation of inter-company transactions to maintain financial integrity
- Oversee fixed assets accounting and prepare audit schedules to support audit readiness
- Prepare and submit GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and improve accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Support ERP system implementation and process automation to streamline accounting functions
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to facilitate smooth external engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes and resolve issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
