About the Company

Crestwave Capital Pte. Ltd. is aSingapore-based MAS-licensed fund management company focusing on AIinfrastructure, digital assets, frontier technology and cross-border investmentstrategies. The firm manages multiple SPV and VCC structures and operateswithin a regulated environment under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented FullSet Accountant to oversee the company's end-to-end accounting, financialreporting, regulatory filings, and compliance-related financial functions.

This role requires strong knowledge ofSingapore accounting standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and MAS regulatoryexpectations.

Key Responsibilities

. Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL,bank reconciliation, journal entries)
. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance withSFRS
. Manage financial reporting for corporate entities, SPVs and VCC structures
. Prepare GST submissions and corporate tax computations
. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries and banks
. Support MAS-related financial reporting requirements (where applicable)
. Monitor cash flow, budgeting and expense management
. Maintain proper internal controls and accounting documentation
. Assist in payroll processing and CPF submissions
. Support management reporting and financial analysis

Requirements

. Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR(required)
. Age below 40 preferred
. Degree in Accountancy / Finance or ACCA / CA (Singapore) equivalent
. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience handling full set accounts in Singapore
. Experience in fund management / financial services industry preferred
. Familiar with VCC structures and SPV accounting is a strong advantage
. Good understanding of SFRS and Singapore tax framework
. Experience with accounting software (Xero / QuickBooks / MYOB etc.)
. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
. Good communication skills and ability to liaise with regulators and auditors

. Prior experience in MAS-regulatedenvironment
. Familiarity with fund management financial reporting
. Exposure to cross-border transactions
. Strong documentation discipline and compliance mindset
