About The Role
Accenture is seeking an Associate Director to lead Fulfilment, Logistics, and Warehousing transformation programs. The role focuses on helping organizations improve supply chain execution, warehousing operations, logistics performance, and end-to-end fulfilment effectiveness through process and technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead fulfilment and warehousing transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
Assess and redesign warehouse and fulfilment operating models.
Drive improvements in order management, logistics, inventory flow, and warehouse performance.
Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with technology and operations teams to deploy digital fulfilment solutions.
Guide clients on warehouse automation, visibility, performance management, and operational excellence.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting or supply chain operations leadership.
Strong expertise in fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and order management.
Experience with warehouse and supply chain execution technologies.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership capabilities.
Proven experience leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in warehouse automation and digital fulfilment solutions.
Exposure to platforms such as Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar technologies.
Regional or global supply chain transformation experience.
