Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Relations
- Coordinate and manage customer purchase order requirements, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing their accounts, driving shipment/revenue, and reviewing raw material requirements and forecasts.
- Ensure customer orders align with inventory availability and production schedules, maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customer
2. Demand & Supply Management
- Plan, manage, and oversee demand and supply commitments, ensuring timely product availability while minimising holding costs.
- Analyse customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels to determine raw material and component needs for production.
- Work with procurement team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components, adjusting plans as necessary to meet production and customer requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and optimise inventory management to reduce costs and avoid delays.
3. Delivery Plan Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plan schedules with production that align with customer demand and production capacity.
- Coordinate with other departments, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure smooth workflow and that customer requirements are met without disruption.
- Monitor production status and promptly resolve challenges, making adjustments to schedules as needed to fulfill customer commitments on time.
4. Database Maintenance and Process Improvement
- Implement and support new processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Assist in managing product configurations and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the Fulfillment database.
- Prepare and analyse reports to support business and department requirements, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving order fulfillment accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, organising and managing documents in the shared drive.
5. General Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Fulfillment HOD.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Foster strong teamwork and communication across internal departments and customers.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in related supply chain role will be an advantage
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in English.
- Proficient in MS office - Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word.
- Detail oriented and good time management
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
