Team Description:
Join Shopee's Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) team as a Seller Management Specialist, where you will be the go-to person for a portfolio of sellers. You'll resolve daily operational issues, keep sellers engaged post-onboarding, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous growth. This role is dynamic, hands-on, and critical to making FBS a success.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary liaison for FBS sellers, handling high volumes of queries and escalations quickly and accurately
- Manage seller relationships to drive retention, stock availability, and order growth
- Troubleshoot operational issues by working closely with Operations, Finance, Product, and Relationship Managers
- Track performance data, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights
- Adapt to process changes and suggest improvements to streamline operational workflows
- Stay organised and on top of multiple chats, cases, and follow-ups daily
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field;
- We welcome candidates who have graduated/are graduating and are available to commence as soon as possible
- Strong communicator with proven client management skills, even in tough situations.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and comfortable handling large case volumes.
- Proficient in Excel and confident working with data.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable with operational processes.
- Collaborative team player who works well across functions.
- Experience in e-commerce, operations, account management, or customer success is a plus.
