Job Summary

You will work at a kiosk to scoop ice cream, prepare coffee using recipes, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory and stocktaking.

Responsibilities

• Scoop ice cream accurately to meet customer orders
• Prepare coffee by following established recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain the kiosk in a clean and organized condition throughout operating hours
• Conduct inventory checks and perform stocktaking to manage supplies effectively
• Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate customer orientation by engaging positively with customers and addressing their needs
• Possess prior experience in food and beverage (F&B) operations to perform tasks efficiently
