Duties:
Adhere to standard operating procedures, including housekeeping, opening and closing duties, stock-taking, and counter operations.
Assist in the execution of promotional activities such as redemptions, lucky draws, and contests.
Support the implementation of loyalty programmes by promoting membership, registering customers, and managing parking and voucher redemptions.
Promote a customer-centric service culture while maintaining operational excellence individually and within the team.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
