About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to build and scale high-quality web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, performant, and user-centric experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript
- Build and deliver cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter
- Translate product and design requirements into clean, maintainable, and high-quality user interfaces
- Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Optimize frontend performance, including load time, rendering efficiency, and scalability
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and manage asynchronous data flows effectively
- Apply best practices in frontend architecture (state management, component design, reusability)
- Utilize AI-assisted / agentic coding tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Copilot) to improve development efficiency and code quality
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience building mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns (state management, hooks, component-driven development)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and handling asynchronous data
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and modern deployment workflows
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and debugging in frontend applications
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted / agentic coding tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Copilot)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments within Government Agencies
