Frontend Developer (React.JS)

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications. You will translate user and business requirements into functional, high-quality frontend solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js with a focus on seamless user experience.

• Partner with UI/UX designers to build intuitive and user-centric interfaces.

• Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.

• Implement and manage state efficiently using Redux or Context API.

• Write clean, structured code and reusable libraries for future use.

• Accurately translate business and user needs into functional frontend features.

• Integrate frontend components with backend systems and RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data communication.

• Conduct code reviews, implement unit tests, and uphold coding standards.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, performance, and responsiveness.

• Develop and deploy applications in Linux environments, ensuring compatibility and performance.

• Mentor junior developers through guidance, reviews, and technical support.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality releases.

• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on React.js.

• Solid engineering foundation with proven enterprise-level development experience using React.js and RESTful APIs.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.

• Hands-on experience with Redux, Web Workers, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

• Ability to quickly grasp functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Experience with TDD and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, PACT).

• Exposure to React Native for mobile development is an advantage.

• GitHub portfolio is a plus.
