Front End Designer — E1pi AI Business App

About the Role

We are looking for a Front End Designer to craft the user experience of E1pi — our AI-powered business application that turns real company data (accounting, sales, inventory, operations) into live reports, dashboards and interactive visualisations. E1pi is currently being rolled out internally across our 8 subsidiaries, so your work will be used by real business users every single day. You will work alongside our AI engineering team, at the ground floor of both the design system and the product journey.

What You Will Do

- Design and build clean, mobile-first interfaces for the E1pi AI business app (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Create interactive data visualisations of real business reports — sales trends, P&L, receivables, inventory, cash flow — using D3.js or similar libraries.

- Build rich 3D and animated visual experiences for dashboards and reports using Three.js or similar.

- As we roll out E1pi internally across our 8 subsidiaries, correct issues and refine the UI based on feedback received from real users.

- Translate raw business data and AI outputs into charts, graphs and visual stories that users understand at a glance.

- Work closely with the internal team on a daily basis — gather feedback, iterate quickly and ship improvements fast.

- Help shape the internal app into a market-ready product as it matures.

Requirements

- Must have hands-on knowledge of D3.js, Three.js or similar data visualisation libraries — this is mandatory.

- Fresh graduates are welcome ONLY if they hold a design-related diploma or degree (e.g., UI/UX, interaction design, visual communication, digital media) from a Singapore institute / university (universities and polytechnics).

- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with a sharp eye for layout, typography and detail.

- Comfortable working closely with internal business users and the engineering team — this role is highly collaborative.

- A portfolio or GitHub showing data visualisation / front-end work counts strongly.

- Curiosity about how real businesses run — you will visualise actual accounting and operations data.
