Job Description

You will be joining a leading global financial institution within its Wealth Management division. The organisation is well-established with a strong international presence and is known for its structured environment, operational excellence, and collaboration across global teams.

Your new role

  • Handle account maintenance and Account Structure Changes (ASC).
  • Review and process client documentation and data updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client data in line with internal policies.
  • Work closely with Front Office teams to follow up on requirements and resolve queries.
  • Manage urgent, time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform basic KYC/AML-related checks as part of operational processes.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
  • Experience in account opening, account maintenance, ASC, static data management, or general banking operations.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of documentation and data processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and confident in liaising with Front Office stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle urgent requests and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to support international and mainland China markets).
