Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Front Office Trainee. The Front Office Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to develop skills and knowledge in various aspects of front office operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to pursue a career in the hotel industry, providing hands-on experience and exposure to different areas of hotel operations.

Role Responsibilities

Guest Services

. Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Administrative Support and Front Desk Operations

. Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and files.

. Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.

. Assist in managing room reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

. Communicate reservation details to other departments as necessary.

. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

. Maintain a working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions.

Qualifications

. Undergraduates of local ITE/ Polytechnics and Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Excellent customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, property management systems).

. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
